Operation sequence
First, boot
① Pre-start preparation: Ensure that the Drum Fertilizer Dryer (that is, the Drum Fertilizer Dryer part) is in a ready state. The following preparations should be made before starting the dryer (Drum Fertilizer Dryer) :
a. Check and adjust the ore feeding device and protection equipment;
b. All bearings and all friction surface lubrication devices should have suitable amounts of materials; Ensure all bearings and friction surfaces are fully lubricated.
② Safety check: Before starting the drum granulator, it is necessary to confirm that all relevant mechanical equipment has been checked and avoid direct boot without checking. If there is no inspection of the granulator and auxiliary mechanical equipment, it is prohibited to start the granulator.
③ Boot steps:
a. Start the motor of drum granulator;
b. Then start the delivery equipment of raw materials and finished pellets (such as Powder Fertilizer Packing Machine / Granular Fertilizer Packing Machine for fertilizer packaging).
Second, shutdown
① Stop adding raw materials to the granulator;
② Turn off the pelletizer motor;
③ Stop all conveying equipment for granular materials. Operation precautions
1. Safety first: When the equipment is running, it is strictly forbidden to drill into the machine or carry out internal inspection and repair; Do not remove the protective device.
2. Electrical safety: Wear insulation gloves before operation, do not contact the motor and wire directly; Make sure that the equipment is well grounded, and stop the maintenance immediately if the current problem is found.
3. There is no perfect grounding wire, do not start the granulator, if there is current on the equipment should be stopped immediately maintenance, until the grounding wire is repaired.
4. Protection device: do not remove any protection device during operation.
5. Lighting safety: When checking equipment, it is forbidden to use mobile lights with a voltage higher than 12 volts.
Lubrication indication
1. Gear lubrication: dry the butter at the gear before starting;
2. Bearing lubrication: the bearing is lubricated once per shift, the lubricating oil model is No. 3 calcium-based grease lubricating oil, the loading amount is 1/3-1/2, and the new lubricating oil is replaced regularly, and the bearing should be washed when replaced.
3. Reducer lubrication: lubricating oil must be added before the reducer is used. The lubricating oil is generally HJ40-50 mechanical oil, and HL20-30 gear oil can also be used. The oil level of the lubricating oil should be within the range indicated by the circular oil mark on the frame. After the first refueling operation for 100 hours, the new oil should be replaced, and then replaced every four months, and the oil should be cleaned when changing.
List of wearing parts
1. Triangle belt: check the wear condition regularly and replace it in time.
2. Bearing: In addition to regular lubrication, pay attention to check wear and abnormal sound.
3. Pinion, gear ring, roller belt: these parts bear greater stress, need to be regularly checked for wear and cracks.
5. Lining plate, deregister pin: ensure firm installation, check wear and fracture.
