Installation and commissioning

First,Installation steps:
1. Basic preparation:
According to the process to determine the elevation and horizontal position, to ensure that the Rotary Drum Granulator inclined installation, tilt is generally 2-5 degrees, can be adjusted according to user needs. The bracket and transmission frame of the machine have ground holes, which can be installed on concrete.

2. Base adjustment:
Adjust the height of each base using a gate shape plate to ensure a consistent overall tilt. The total thickness of the water-shaped plate between the mechanical base and the foundation should not be greater than 30-35㎜.
① Adjust the height of each base with the water-shaped backing plate to make each bottom tilt 5 degrees;
② The adjustment of each base is suitable for placing the cylinder on the support, and finally adjusting the support wheel;
③ Adjustment method of body position:
a. On the full length of the left and right sides of the body, install two parallel steel wires, the diameter of the steel wire is 0.5-1㎜ and check the level of the steel wire with a level instrument;
b. From each circle along the sides of the dryer, put down two phase hammers that are tangent to the circle;
c. Measure the distance between the wire and the drop to detect the body in the horizontal position;
d. Detect the relative vertical elevation of the two highest points of the circle to check the position of the body on the vertical plane;
e. Adjust the measurement of “c”and “d” by means of moving electric support wheel to make the body in the correct position;

3. Transmission installation:
Install the transmission part of the pelletizer to ensure that the transmission device fits well with the cylinder.

4. Casting fixed:
After confirming that the support wheel, transmission device and cylinder are adjusted properly, the cement is poured, and after 8-10 days, the no-load test is carried out after the cement sets.
Second, No-load test:
a. Temperature monitoring: for 8 hours without load at different breaks, the monitoring bearing temperature should rise steadily, and the bearing temperature should not be higher than 50℃ at the end of the test run.
b. Noise check: gear noise should be uniform, no abnormal fluctuations.
c. Wear check: Check whether the bearing has serious wear or abrasion after the test.

Chain Crusher: In the raw material treatment stage, the chain mill can be used to crush large pieces of material into a particle size suitable for granulation, ensuring the smooth operation of the Rotary Drum Granulator.
