Structure overview

In order to prevent the accumulation of materials above the pipe beam, some pelletizer (double roller press granulator, hydraulic roller granulator) is installed on the pneumatic plate device, its working principle is the same as the air bag, when there is material accumulation on it, through the pressure of compressed air will inflate the pneumatic plate, so that the material bonded on the pneumatic plate cracks and is removed. Its operation is controlled by a system of pneumatic units via valves.
The machine can be divided into five parts:
