The combined granulator is a kind of granulator for organic fertilizer. It is used to granulate all kinds of organics after fermentation. It breaks through the conventional granulation process of organics. Before granulation, the raw materials need not be dried and crushed, and the spherical particles can be processed by directly batching, which can save a lot of energy. Because of its high granulation rate, stable operation, durable equipment and long service life, it has been selected as an ideal organic fertilizer machine by the majority of users.
working principle:
By using the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotation and the resulting aerodynamic force, the fine powder can be continuously mixed, granulated, spheroidized and densified in the machine, so as to achieve the fertilizer production process of granulation. The particle shape is spherical, the sphericity is ≥ 0.7, the particle size is generally between 0.3-3mm, and the granulation rate is ≥ 90%. The particle diameter can be properly adjusted by the material mixing amount and the spindle speed. Generally, the lower the mixing amount is, the higher the speed is, the smaller the particles are, and vice versa.
1. Compared with natural agglomeration pelletizer (such as rotary disc pelletizer and drum pelletizer), it has centralized particle size distribution and is easy to control.
2. High efficiency, easier to meet the requirements of large-scale production.
3. The spherical particles have no sharp angle after granulation, so the pulverization rate is very low.
4. The content of organic matter can reach 100%, and the granulation of pure organic matter can be realized.
5. Because organic particles can grow up and inlay with each other under certain force, no binder is needed in granulation.
6. Solid particles can be screened after granulation to reduce energy consumption.
