The main organic fertilizer machine in the fermentation process of small and medium-sized organic fertilizer manufacturers is the compost turning machine. Therefore, in the effective service life of the composter, the daily maintenance and repair of the fermentation compost windrow turner is conducive to full use and improve efficiency. In the use of fermentation equipment, we should pay attention to the following points:
1. The bearing in the organic fertilizer machine bears all the load of the machine, so good lubrication has a great relationship with the bearing life.

2. Lubricating oil has a direct impact on the service life and operation rate of fermentation equipment. Therefore, it is required that the injected lubricating oil should be clean and well sealed. All gear movable bearings and sliding surfaces of the rotating shaft and roller bearings at the main oil injection place of the machine should be clean.
4. Pay attention to check the wear degree of easily worn parts of fermentation equipment, and replace the worn parts at any time.
5. Dust and other sundries shall be removed from the underframe plane of the movable device of the fermentation equipment, so as to prevent the movable bearing from moving on the underframe when the machine encounters materials that cannot be broken, so as to cause serious accidents.
6. If the rotating gear in the fermentation equipment has impact sound during operation, it shall be stopped immediately for inspection and eliminated.
