Method for fermenting organic fertilizer with litter
1. Prepare materials. First, crush the litter, 1 to 1.5 tons of litter, about 2.5 to 3.5 tons of fresh material, and use 1 kg of Golden Baby fertilizer starter. First, mix the Golden Baby Fertilizer starter with rice bran (or corn flour, wheat bran) in a ratio of 1:5-10.
2. Adjust C/N. The material C/N ratio of fermented organic fertilizer should be maintained at 25-30:1, Because the C/N of fallen leaves and dead grass is too low, it should be adjusted. Therefore, one ton of litter should add one kilogram of urea (or add 100 kilograms of animal manure).
3. Control moisture. The moisture content of the litter should be controlled at 60-65%. Moisture Judgment: Hold a handful of materials tightly, see the watermark on the fingers but not drip, it is advisable to disperse after landing. Less water, slow fermentation, more water and poor ventilation, can also cause "spoilage bacteria" to work and produce odor.
4. Reactor building requirements. Build a pile while spreading bacteria on the prepared materials. The pile height and volume should not be too short or too small. Requirements: pile height 1.5 meters, width 2 meters, and length 2 to 4 meters or longer. The height and width are determined according to the actual things of the compost windrow turner.
5. Temperature requirements. It is better to start the temperature above 15℃ (working in four seasons, regardless of the season, try to ferment indoors or in a greenhouse in winter), and the temperature rise of fermentation should be controlled below 70~75℃.
6. Turn over the oxygen supply. Golden Baby Fertilizer starter requires good (consumption) oxygen fermentation, so it is necessary to increase oxygen supply measures during operation, and it is advisable to mix well, turn frequently, and ventilate. Otherwise, it will cause anaerobic fermentation to produce odor and affect the effect.
7. Fermentation is complete. Generally, after the materials are stacked for 48 hours, the temperature rises to 50-60°C, and can reach 65°C or more on the third day. It will be overturned once at this high temperature. Under normal circumstances, there will be two high temperatures above 65°C during the fermentation process. , The fermentation can be completed by turning over twice, and the fermentation can be completed within a week. The material was dark brown, and the temperature began to drop to room temperature, indicating that the fermentation was completed. After fermentation, suitable organic fertilizer machine can be used for fertilizer production.
