Rotary drum granulation is a process of cooling granulation. When the molten material in the material tray contacts with the cooled rotary drum granulator, a material film will be formed on the surface of the drum. Through the heat exchange between the material film and the wall of the rotary drum granulator, the material film will be cooled and crystallized, and the crystallized material film will be scraped off by the scraper to become a circular product. The rotary drum granulator has the advantages of compact equipment, high drum precision, good cooling effect, wide range of application, granulation and drying, etc. it can be widely used in the production of polymer products such as petroleum resin, polyethylene oligomer and organic chemical products such as phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride and fatty alcohol. The application of rotary drum granulator in chemical fertilizer plant is a very common fertilizer granulator, and its technology is mature.
The rotary cold strip forming device adopts thin steel strip heat transfer and atomization spray cooling, which has good heat transfer effect, high cooling efficiency, fast material solidification and forming, wide application range of materials, and can produce products with various shapes such as hemispherical, strip, block, sheet, etc. The double speed regulating drive device of the distributor and the steel belt is adopted, which can be adjusted according to the production capacity and physical parameters, and it is easy to realize automatic control; the product has high purity, no impurities brought in, and it is easy to realize continuous operation; due to the reversing bending of the steel belt at the unloading end, the joint surface of the solidified material layer and the steel belt is separated, so the powder is less, the unloading is easy, and the particle shape is easy to maintain.
