What are the ways of composting organic fertilizer

Compost is a kind of organic fertilizer, which is rich in nutrients, has long and stable fertilizer effect, and can increase the ability of soil water conservation, heat preservation, air permeability and fertilizer conservation. In addition, it can make up for the single nutrients contained in fertilizer when it is mixed with chemical fertilizer. The single use of chemical fertilizer for a long time can make the soil plate and reduce the performance of water conservation and fertilizer conservation.
Organic composting method:
According to the different raw materials, the composting method can be divided into high temperature compost and ordinary compost.
High temperature composting is mainly composed of plant materials with high fiber content, which are aerated and supplied with oxygen with the help of organic fertilizer machine, so as to achieve composting fermentation and generate a lot of heat. The temperature in the compost is high (50-60 ℃), so it has fast maturity, fast composting and high nutrient content. In the process of high temperature fermentation, bacteria, eggs and weed seeds can be killed.
Common compost is usually mixed with more soil, with low fermentation temperature, slow ripening process and long stacking time. During composting, the chemical composition of nutrients changed, the ratio of carbon to nitrogen decreased, the mineral nutrients that can be directly absorbed by plants increased, and humus formed.
Key points of high temperature composting technology:
The water content of composting is 60% - 75% of the dry material, that is to say, when the material is held tightly by hand, water drops can be squeezed out, indicating that the water content is moderate.

In the early stage of composting, good ventilation conditions should be maintained, if necessary, ventilation tower and ventilation ditch should be set up, and in the later stage, anaerobic conditions should be maintained, ventilation tower can be removed, ventilation ditch can be blocked, and methods such as compaction, mud sealing, plastic cloth covering can be used to preserve nutrients and promote the accumulation of humus.
The internal temperature of compost can be controlled at 50-60 ℃. When the temperature is higher than 65 ℃, it can be turned over by compost windrow turner or cooled by adding water to facilitate the preservation of nitrogen.
The C / N ratio of composting materials is 25:1, which is beneficial to the decomposition of organic matter by microorganisms. Urea can be added in the process of straw composting.
Control the appropriate pH value. During composting, 1-1.5 kg of lime and other alkaline substances are added to every 50 kg of straw to adjust the pH value of compost to about 7.5.
