The shape of granules in organic fertilizer granulator is different

Organic fertilizer granulator is a new type of pelletizing equipment for organic fertilizer pelletizing. There are many kinds of granulators for organic fertilizer, including wet granulation, extrusion granulation and disc granulation. The particle size can be adjusted according to the different moisture content. If it is used for extrusion granulation, the moisture content of raw material used for extrusion granulation should not exceed 15%, because if the moisture content is too large, it is easy to cause the extrusion water turbulence and corrode the machinery and equipment.  Organic fertilizer production process can be made into: spherical granular, cylindrical, flat spherical. The granulator equipment used is different due to the different particle shape. The materials produced by disc granulator, rotary granulator and agitating gear granulator are spherical; the organic fertilizer produced by opposite roller extrusion granulator is flat spherical, and the particles formed by flat die granulator and ring die prlleting machine are cylindrical.
