Fermentation process of organic fertilizer
The purpose of fermentation is to reduce the volatile matter and odor in the waste, kill parasite eggs and pathogenic microorganisms, and achieve the purpose of harmless. At the same time, the properties of organic materials become loose and dispersed. Mineralization releases nutrients such as N, P, K, which is convenient for storage and use.
Compost fermentation process generally includes fermentation, turning over, aeration and other links. In the fertilizer production process, the aerobic fermentation environment is formed in the fermentation compost body by means of forced oxygen supply such as turning over the compost and aeration. The supply of oxygen and the degree of heat preservation in the fermentation area have a great influence on the rise of compost temperature. According to the changes of temperature, moisture, oxygen content and other parameters of compost, the process can be controlled in time, so that the compost temperature can rise to 60-70 ℃. The compost cycle is generally 7-10 days. After one cycle of composting, the water content after fermentation is greatly reduced (generally less than 40%)
Facilities for organic fertilizer fermentation
The facilities of organic fertilizer fermentation mainly include: raw material storage and pretreatment facilities, fermentation facilities, finished product storage, packaging facilities and deodorization facilities.
1. Raw material storage and pretreatment facilities mainly include: mechanical equipment and related buildings (structures) such as receiving, feeding, crushing, screening, mixing, transportation, etc.
2. The fermentation facilities mainly include the compost windrow turner and related buildings matching with the high temperature aerobic fermentation process.
3. The post-treatment and processing facilities mainly include the mechanical equipment and related buildings required for further processing of compost materials after fermentation stabilization, such as metering, transportation, crushing, screening, mixing, organic fertilizer granulator, drying, cooling, packaging, etc.
4. Deodorization facilities: it is mainly applicable to the closed workshop or the organic fertilizer production plant with centralized odor collection device, and biological filter can be used for deodorization.
