Planning of granular fertilizer plant with annual output of 10000-30000 tons

The planning of organic fertilizer plant area should follow the principles of environmental optimization, favorable production, land saving, convenient management, convenient life and appropriate beautification. The storage yard, fermentation yard, deep processing workshop and office area should be centrally planned in the target site.
1. Storage yard
The fertilizer production process is determined according to the raw material ratio of the main and auxiliary materials, plus the sedimentation tank, about 500 square meters is built; generally, it is a light steel sandwich color plate structure plant.
2. Fermentation yard
About 3 cubic meters of materials containing 50% - 60% water will produce 1 ton of finished fertilizer. Because the fermentation time of materials is not less than 7 days, in order to ensure continuous production, the fermentation yard should at least meet the materials required for 10 days of production, and the fermentation yard needs to accommodate 1000 cubic meters of materials. The net floor area of the fermentation plant is about 1500 square meters. Generally, the fermentation shed adopts cement concrete column, steel structure roof truss, sunlight board roof, and the dripping height is 4m. The specific length of fermentation shed is designed according to the terrain. The material fermentation site shall be hardened with cement, without water storage in rainy season, and without material washing by drainage. With power supply and tap water supply conditions, the road is smooth and suitable for the traveling operation of the dumper.
3. Processing workshop
The fertilizer production process covers an area of about 1000 square meters and the height of the house is 4 meters. Organic fertilizer machine such as crusher, screening machine, organic fertilizer granulator, dryer, cooler and packaging are installed.
4. Finished product warehouse
According to the storage capacity, it is 500 tons, with an area of about 600 square meters.
5. Other works
Including office facilities, water supply and drainage, power, living facilities, etc., which shall be determined according to the needs and investment.
