There are two steps for pig manure to process commercial organic fertilizer: the first step is fermentation and treatment, and the second step is granulation. The pre-treatment part is also called powder organic fertilizer processing equipment, which includes fermentation compost windrow turner, organic fertilizer grinder, roller screen and other equipment. The pelletizing production part includes: mixing mixer, organic fertilizer granulator, rotary dryer, cooler, roller screen, coating machine, automatic weighing and packaging machine. Through the organic fertilizer production line, the manure of livestock and poultry, straw and rice husk, biogas sludge, kitchen waste and urban waste are processed into organic fertilizer, which can not only reduce environmental pollution but also turn waste into treasure.
