Pig manure water is the most difficult to deal with in pig farms. The organic content of pig manure water is high and the concentration is high. If no effective measures are taken, it will lead to persistent stench and bring serious impact on the environment.
With the strict supervision of environmental protection, the illegal consequences of illegal discharge are very serious; however, if we want to build facilities to meet the discharge standards, the investment is huge, and the operation cost is high, most of our current situation is impossible to complete.
Technology of rapid fermentation of pig manure into organic fertilizer
For the first fermentation of pig manure, pig manure with water content over 80% should be simply mixed with some forage (rotten grass is the best, crushed straw and dry cow dung can also be used), or one layer of pig manure and one layer of forage can make the water content of pig manure be about 60%, which can be stacked into strips about 1 m high and 1.2-1.5 m wide. During the mixing process of pig manure and forage, the activated bacteria should be sprinkled and the film should be covered in low temperature season.
Generally, the temperature will rise to 70-75 ℃ in about 24 hours, and the organic fertilizer machine will turn and ventilate properly. After 72 hours, the temperature will drop. At this time, the odor will be basically eliminated, and the fermentation will be completed in 10-15 days. If the compost was turned once on the fifth day of fermentation, the effect would be better. The pig manure after fermentation becomes organic fertilizer with water content below 40%.
Through the above-mentioned treatment technology, the environmental protection problems of pig farms and the recycling problems of manure can be easily solved without increasing the investment of facilities, and the allowable cost is low.
