Organic fertilizer production line turns waste from livestock and poultry into treasure

The manure of the farm is piled up everywhere and the sewage is discharged at will, which not only pollutes the surrounding environment, but also directly affects the health and epidemic prevention of the farm itself, reduces the quality of livestock products, and causes the occurrence and spread of some diseases. According to the obvious decline of organic matter in agricultural cultivated land, a large number of organic fertilizers are urgently needed to improve the soil. On the other hand, a large number of livestock and poultry manure produced by large-scale breeding can not be effectively used, which not only wastes resources, but also pollutes the environment, bringing adverse effects on the surrounding environment and residents' lives.
The research and development of fertilizer production process will be conducive to promoting the formation of the industrial chain of harmless treatment, resource utilization and commercialized management of livestock and poultry manure, achieving the goal of industrialization, marketization and large-scale production, and effectively promoting the development of ecological agriculture and circular economy. The resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste is included in the "No.1 Project". Focusing on large-scale animal husbandry counties and large-scale farms, with agricultural organic fertilizer and rural energy as the main utilization direction, ensure that the comprehensive utilization rate of livestock and poultry manure is more than 75%, the equipment matching rate of manure treatment facilities and equipment of large-scale farms is more than 95%, and the equipment matching rate of manure treatment facilities and equipment of large-scale farms is 100%.

The fertilizer equipment of the organic fertilizer production process mainly consists of fermentation equipment, drying equipment, deodorization and dust removal system, grinding equipment, batching system, mixing equipment, organic fertilizer granulator and finished product packaging equipment. Fermentation equipment includes: feed conveyor, biological deodorizer, mixer, special throwing machine, oxygen supply system and automatic control system.
