The trough compost windrow turner works on the fermentation trough and is usually driven by motor. Due to the high-speed rotation of the drum, the blades on the drum crush, mix and stir the fermentation materials in the fermentation trough, and the materials are thrown backward by the drum and stacked loosely. Through the electric drive device, the tumbling machine can realize the automatic lifting and rotation of the drum. The organic fertilizer machine can move from one fermentation tank to another by moving the crane, and one trough compost windrow turner can be used for multiple fermentation trough.
1. Build two 1.5-1.8m high, unlimited length, 2-10M between the two walls.
2. Set light track on the wall.
3. The track is equipped with self-propelled tilting machine which can move forward and backward, left and right, up and down.
4. Mix livestock and poultry manure with microbial fermentation agent or fermented old materials, and turn the materials in the trough once a day with a speed of 2-5M / min, so as to fill oxygen and materials in the fertilizer production process. Fresh animal manure enters the trough from one side and moves to the other side of the tank continuously by the organic fertilizer machine to form decomposed organic fertilizer.
