Maintenance method of rotary cooler trained by manufacturer
Date:2020/01/24
In order to make the rotary cooler better in refrigeration and more for people's safety, the refrigerator must be maintained regularly. What should be maintained during maintenance?
1. Cooling unit status: press the status key on the keyboard to confirm that no fault information is displayed. Please refer to the operation manual of Microcomputer Control Center for display statement and fault clearing.
2. Refrigerant leakage: visually inspect the heat exchanger, compressor and pipeline of organic fertilizer machine for damage or leakage.
3. Working condition: press the display key, read out the working pressure and temperature of the fertilizer production process from the control center, and check whether these values are within the operating limits given in the operation manual of the microcomputer control center.
4. Oil level: check the oil level in the oil separator after the compressor operates for about half an hour under full load. It should be located between the upper and lower sight glasses of the oil separator.
5. Refrigerant charging: after the system is started or the energy level is changed, some bubbles can be seen in the sight glass sometimes. After a few minutes of stable operation, the bubbles will disappear and the liquid in the sight glass is completely refrigerant liquid.
6. Oil heater: after the unit is shut down, the compressor oil heater will be turned on to prevent the refrigerant from condensing into the lubricating oil and causing damage to the compressor. Do not cut off the power supply in case of shutdown. If the main power supply must be cut off (for long-term maintenance or shutdown), the stop valves for compressor suction, exhaust and motor cooling maintenance shall also be closed (clockwise).
