How to deodorize during fermentation

In the process of organic fertilizer fermentation, sometimes a compost windrow turner will be used to turn and provide oxygen, but it will make the stink everywhere, cause environmental air pollution, and affect the lives of residents, so the problem of deodorization in fertilizer production enterprises is very important.
Odor can be solved from the following aspects:
1. Adsorption method
Adsorption law is to reduce odor by contacting the mobile substance (gas or liquid) with the particle substance which can separate or store one or several insoluble substances from the mobile substance. The most widely used deodorant is activated carbon. The mature compost and soil also have strong adsorption capacity.
2. Biofiltration
According to the technical route, odor control methods can be divided into three categories: physical method, chemical method and biological method. The main technologies of physical methods include air dilution, activated carbon adsorption and low temperature condensation; the main technologies of chemical methods include wet chemical absorption, incineration, catalytic oxidation and ozone.
Due to the disadvantages of large one-time investment, high operating cost and easy to produce secondary pollution, physicochemical methods have attracted the attention of the United States, Japan and other European countries. The main technical principle of biofiltration is to decompose or transform the inorganic and organic pollutants or odorous substances into odorless and harmless substances.
3. Sealed transportation or production away from residential areas
Organic fertilizer production enterprises are generally regarded as polluting enterprises. Therefore, before investing in organic fertilizer machine to build factories, we must consider many ways and try to build them far away from residential areas or industrial areas. For example, an organic fertilizer production enterprise is built in the mountain forest, making full use of the large cattle farm in the mountain forest to produce organic fertilizer.
