How to adjust the clearance of flat die pelletizer

The die roll gap of the flat die pelletizer is usually 0.05 ~ 0.2mm. When the flat die granulator is running, how can we pay attention to its gap? What method can we use to adjust the gap of the flat die granulator? The following matters need to be paid attention to for organic fertilizer:
(1) When the output is increased, in the organic fertilizer machine production, sometimes it is necessary to expand the output or increase the biting angle. At this time, the distance between the two pressing shafts can be increased. The distance between the active shaft roller and the passive shaft can be increased. The steps are as follows: stop the machine, remove the upper frame of the two bearing pedestals, and adjust the adjustment plate between the two bearing pedestals to the required thickness. The distance between the two rollers cannot be increased When the rollers collide with each other, they should be kept between 0.3-1MM at least.
(2) Pay attention to the alignment adjustment of the ball and socket: the ball and socket are made up of the recesses on the main and driven roller surfaces, so there are problems of axial alignment and circumferential alignment;
(3) Pay attention to axial alignment: it has been adjusted during installation, so it is unlikely to be adjusted in the fertilizer production process. When adjustment is needed, tighten or loosen the gland on both sides of the passive bearing seat, so as to promote the displacement of the eccentric sleeve corresponding to the active shaft roller.
(4) Axial alignment steps: loosen the 6 connecting bolts between the driven gear and the adjusting sleeve to slightly separate the adjusting sleeve and the driven gear. Since a ball socket adjustment amount has been considered in the design, and two adjusting bolts are equipped, the dislocation can be adjusted no matter how much the dislocation is. Because the ball socket is too small, the carton board is placed between the two rollers during adjustment. After rolling, it can be seen whether the adjustment reaches the purpose. After alignment, tighten 8 connecting bolts.
