Disc Granulator (Pan Granulator)

The granulation disc adopts an overall circular arc structure and the granulation rate can reach 93% or more.The granulation tray has three discharge ports,which operations,greatly reduces labor intensity and improves labor effeciency.The reducer and the motor are driven by a flexible belt,which makes the starting smooth,slows the impact force and improves the severice life of the equipment.The bottom of the granulation disc is reinforced with a number of radiant steel plates,which are sturdy and never deformed.The thickened,weighted and stury base design eliminates the need for anchor bolts for smooth operation.

Working principle

The working principle of this series of products: the main motor drive pulley and belt, through the reducer drive pinion, pinion and big gear which fixed at the end teeth meshing, work to the big gear through a special reasonable design, installation on the spindle which fixed on adjust plate ,to support the work of the entire disc (the machine used with the spray machine) material feeding into the disc, with disk rotating and spraying device, materials will evenly stick together to form ball shape granules. The Structure of Disk Granulator
The disc granulator consists of a large plate,a large gear,a transmission part,a frame,a base,a scraper frame and powerless scraper. 
1. The main body of the disc granulator,the main body compriss a frame,an adjusting parrt and a granulation disc.
2. One main reducer,the input shaft is equipped with a pulley,and the output shaft is equipped with a pinion.
